Who we are

narrivo is an AI-driven content and automation company focused on artificial intelligence, software automation, and the future of work. We build and maintain a professional presence on social platforms by curating relevant topics, generating original content and visuals, and publishing to our own channels.

Information we collect

• Website information: basic, aggregated analytics (such as page views and general device/browser data) to understand and improve our site. We do not sell this data.
• LinkedIn integration data: when we connect our LinkedIn Company Page, we access only what is required to (a) publish posts to our own organization Page that we administer, and (b) read engagement metrics for those posts (such as impressions, reactions, comments, and shares). We access our own Page's data; we do not collect the personal data of LinkedIn members beyond aggregated, post-level engagement provided by LinkedIn.
• Content we create: the posts, captions, and images our system generates for publication, along with the source topics used to create them.

How we use information

• To publish original content to narrivo's own LinkedIn Company Page and other owned channels.
• To measure and improve the performance and relevance of that content using post-level analytics.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and product.

Use of LinkedIn data

Data obtained through the LinkedIn APIs is used solely for the purposes described above and in compliance with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and Platform Guidelines. We do not sell, rent, or share LinkedIn data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising to individuals or for any purpose other than managing and analyzing our own Page's content. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions we have described.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (for example, hosting and content-generation infrastructure) strictly to operate our product, and only under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, including encryption of stored credentials and restricted access.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
